You will love the combination of old-world colonial structural design and new world amenities such as air conditioning throughout the villa, wifi, TV, and modern yet simple decor. The location is ideal for those looking to be close to the action in Old San Juan, next to restaurants, a plaza and all that you need to see in this beautiful historic city. The suite comfortably sleeps 2 adults in the bedroom’s queen bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony that overlooks a plaza, great for people watching and relaxing. This is a historic building in a 400-year-old city and as a result, it has original, distressed floors throughout.

As soon as you enter the flat you are welcomed by an open concept layout encompassing the kitchen, dining room and living room. The high ceilings are an iconic design feature of the colonial architecture Old San Juan is famous for.
There is a 4 person dining table directly beside the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and fridge. The living room has A/C, and a flat-screen TV.
Mario’s Old San Juan Flat has one bedroom that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, and access to a full bathroom. The bedroom is appointed with fresh linens for a good night’s sleep.
The flat’s kitchen is small but comfortable and was just updated with new cabinets and countertops. The kitchen has a coffee maker, stovetop, microwave, and fridge. We include enough paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap for guests to comfortably start their stay.
Staying in Old San Juan is a truly unique experience filled with charm and character. From the property, you can comfortably walk anywhere within Old San Juan. The apartment is located on one of the quieter streets but still steps away from all the action. We recommend taking a cab from the airport and using Uber or taxi while you stay at Old San Juan. Renting a car is not necessary unless you are planning on road tripping. This is a truly walkable location with everything you need a short walk away. The apartment does not include parking. Nonetheless, there are convenient parking lots close to the apartment.

All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
The advertised cleaning fee covers cleaning before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping can be requested at an additional cost of $60.00 per night. Daily housekeeping must be requested immediately after booking and it is subject to availability.
