Nestled in the 500-year-old historic Spanish colonial city of Old San Juan, San Justo Balcony is the ideal basecamp for small groups to explore Old San Juan history, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious balcony. You will love the combination of old-world colonial design and new world amenities such as wifi, flat-screen TV, A/C in both bedrooms. The location is ideal for those looking to be close to the action in Old San Juan; located less than a block from the busy nightlife and restaurants of Calle San Sebastian and a short walk from El Morro Spanish fort. The villa comfortably sleeps 4 adults.



As soon as you enter the villa you are welcomed into the grand living area. Its Moroccan inspired blue tiles create the tone for the decor. Its beautiful Spanish colonial design and high ceilings with rustic wood beam perfectly capture Old San Juan’s unique architecture. The property features an L-Shape grey colored sofa with a beautiful marble coffee table; the perfect spot to enjoy some TV time. There is a 4 person dining room table directly beside the balcony. 

We recommend you open all the doors that lead to the private balcony, this way you can enjoy the fresh Old San Juan breeze. 



There are two bedrooms in San Justo Balcony that comfortably sleep 4 adults. The master bedroom situated adjacent to the kitchen has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and best of all it has Spanish doors that lead to the balcony. All are well-appointed for a good night’s sleep.




San Justo Balcony has a comfortable and fully functional kitchen. The kitchen has a coffee maker, stovetop, microwave, and fridge. It also has a small counter space area that can work as a working station or breakfast nook. We include enough paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap for guests to comfortably start their stay.


Staying in Old San Juan is a truly unique experience. The charm and character you will experience in the 500-year-old is one of a kind. From San Justo Balcony you can comfortably walk anywhere within Old San Juan.  San Justo Balcony is located on a more quiet and residential street but is steps away from all the action. We recommend taking a cab from the airport and using Uber or taxi while you stay at Old San Juan. Renting a car is not necessary unless you are planning on road tripping. San Justo Balcony does not include parking    

There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites, all within walking distance:

  • Explore the El Morro Fort. There are daily tours of the fort and the large green areas have spectacular ocean views. Take a tour, have a picnic, and fly a kite. This is a must-do.
  • Explore the iconic Calle San Sebastian nightlife. There is a large assortment of bars on this strip which is a favorite among locals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
  • Breakfast at “La Bombonera”. This is a Puerto Rican landmark well known for its locally inspired breakfast and pastries.
  • Savor Stuffed Avocado. Healthy and “trendy” spot where you can create your own avocado bowl.
  • Take a stroll around “Paseo La Princesa”, a waterfront walkway which you can start off at El Morro and finish of the walk with a rum tasting at Princesa Gastrobar at the end of the trail.



West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. 



  • Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
  • Check-out time is at 11:00 am
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. 
  • The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service.  If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
  • All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
  • Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children
  • Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.    
  • Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. 
  • Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. 
  • Subletting not allowed
