The space

Nestled among some of the most luxurious accommodations of San Juan, Ver El Amanecer is the perfect 7th-floor accommodation for four guests on Laguna del Condado. Featuring a brand-new king-size bed with crisp linens and plush pillows, you find yourself struggling to get out of bed as you feel the cool ocean breeze pour in from your private balcony. Next to the bed is a full pull-out sofa, perfect for the kids. Enjoy breathtaking views as you look down upon the lagoon where you will find manatees, stingrays, and more swimming in the lagoon. As an east-facing view, enjoy incredible sunrises that will invigorate your day and dancing colorful sunsets as the sun disappears behind the building.

The condo has been newly renovated to provide a fresh and modern feel throughout. In the bathroom find single vanity and stand-up shower. The bathroom is outfitted with all the necessities including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 

Just off the front hallway find a full kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator. Lower and above upper cabinets provide plenty of storage space and find all the basic necessities to cook delicious meals including pots, pans, and utensils. 

The studio provides perfect comfort along with functionality, chic touches, a new entertainment system including a large smart TV and high-speed WIFI that is perfect for anyone working remotely while they escape to Puerto Rico. 

The Condado Lagoon Villas are not short on amazing amenities featuring its own private pool and jacuzzi only for guests of the Villas as well as concierge services, a fitness room, and laundry facilities (coin-operated), and walkable access to incredible dining. 

Getting around the area is a breeze from the villas. Uber is widely available for traveling anywhere in the San Juan area and can be called directly to the complex. Condado provides motorized scooter rentals for a fee and the complex is perfectly located along oceanfront pathways that allow you to walk to both Old San Juan and across the footbridge to New San Juan. If you choose to rent a vehicle, hourly paid parking is available at the Paseo Caribe Self-Parking Garage.

• Property has a washer and dryer
• The Condado Villa complex offers a backup generator & water tank in case of an interruption in electrical or water service, ensuring you always have a comfortable stay.
• The Condado provides 24-hour security ensuring your stay is always safe and comfortable.
• Pets are not allowed in the studio.
• Property DOES NOT include parking. There is self-parking available at the Paseo Caribe Self-Parking garage which charges an hourly rate.
• Management provides starter necessities for your stay including travel-size soaps and lotion. For kitchenettes, 1 dish sponge and 1 bottle of dish soap is provided.  2 towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

The studio is among the most renowned real estate in all of San Juan. Adjacent to the highly reviewed Caribe Hilton and the chic Paseo Caribe complex, the Condado Lagoon Villas are perfectly located to put you in all the adventure San Juan has to offer. Easily walk to Old San Juan and Miramar to experience all of the incredible history of the area. Within walking distance, you will find everything from casual to fine dining, three beaches, attractions, San Juan history, and miles of walking paths. 

Steps from the villa entrance find delicious food at the Fogo De Chao Brazilian Steakhouse. Grab breakfast at Puerto Rico Bagel Co or give in to your sweet tooth at Ice Cream & Cookie. 

Within the resort complex find authentic dishes at Mojito’s Caribbean Fusion or Lola’s Puerto Rican Cuisine. Step over to Paseo Caribe to grab lunch at El Mercado. 

Travel out from the villas to find even more incredible dining options. Grab delicious seafood at Ladi’s Place while you enjoy an incredible view overlooking the Caribbean. Spice up your nightlife with drinks, vibrant lounges, and views at the Ocean Club, Jade, or Sandbox. 

Need groceries for a longer stay? Supermercado Salazar and Supermercado Pueblo are short distances from Condado 

Ready to lounge on the beach? Just a 10-minute stroll and you will find yourself on La Playa del Perro, El Escambron aka “La Ochoa”, and La Playa de La Laguna. Steps from your condo you can access the Condado Lagoon, perfect for swimming as no motorized boats are allowed in the lagoon.

HOME RULES:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 11:00 am
• NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
• The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used.
• Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
  All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
• Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
• Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
• Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
• Subletting not allowed.
