Villa Clara | Luxurious 4 bedroom penthouse within Bahia Beach Resort

Villa Clara is a serene 4 bed 4 bath penthouse resort villa located within the exclusive St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande. Villa Clara offers over 3,400 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, a large private terrace overlooking the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living room and has a comfortable laundry room for extended stays. Villa Clara guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of the gated pristine maritime forest. Villa Clara is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program which includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, a 6-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. 

LIVING AREAS:

The centerpiece of Villa Clara is an expansive grand room that includes an open layout kitchen, a kitchen counter with seating for 5, an 8-person dining table, and a comfortable living area with a large flat-screen TV. The terrace has an outdoor dining table, outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, and a Webber gas BBQ. The entire villa has central air conditioning. 

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with its high-end appliances, European finish, and open layout overlooking the dining room and living room. 

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with a hot tub, shower, and double sink, a flat-screen TV and golf course views. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s and dedicated bathrooms. , The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

Villa Clara includes the daily resort fee so that guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. CONCIERGE:

As part of the Refined Luxury Rental Program, Villa Clara includes a dedicated Concierge for all reservations. Your concierge will be there to perform an in-person check-in on the day of your arrival and help you get situated in the villa. The Concierge is also available to help coordinate pre-stocking prior to arrival and any reservations guests would like to make during their stay. 

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 11:00 am
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. 
• All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
• Maximum occupancy of 8 adults/children
• Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
• Subletting not allowed
• Do not hang towels from balcony or windows
