LIVING AREAS:

The centerpiece of Villa Paloma is an expansive grand room that includes a beautiful kitchen, a 6-person dining table, and a comfortable living area with a large flat screen Smart TV and also features a premium feather-down sofa. The terrace has an outdoor dining table, outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, and a gas BBQ. The entire villa has central air conditioning.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with its high-end appliances, European finish, and granite countertops while overlooking the dining room and living room. 

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with a hot tub, shower, double sink, and golf course views. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed, workstation, and a dedicated bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed & twin bed. All rooms have a ceiling fan, the villa comfortably sleeps 6 adults.

BAHIA BEACH RESORT:

Villa Paloma includes the daily resort fee so that guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. Situated on 483 gated acres of lush maritime forest on Puerto Rico’s idyllic Northeast coast, Bahia Beach offers an unparalleled tropical experience. Bahia is a place where elegance and unspoiled natural beauty coexist in total harmony. It is a place that provides bliss and adventure in equal measure. Amenities include: 

• Beach Club: With a full restaurant, 2 bars, 2 pools, and a 2-mile beach, the Bahia Beach Club is second to none on the island. 
• Golf Club: Guests enjoy complimentary use of the Golf practice facilities and preferred rates for the Robert Trent Jones Jr. 18-hole golf course. 
• Tennis Club: There are 2 clay and 2 hard courts available for use at no additional cost.
• Full Gym: Brand new, top-of-the-line gym facilities are available 7 days a week. 
• Beach watersports: The beach water sports facilities offer classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. 
• 6-person golf cart.
• Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the lakehouse at Bahia Beach which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and a super fun inflatable adventure park.

• St. Regis Restaurants and Spa: Reservations can be made directly with the hotel or through Villa Paloma’s dedicated concierge. 

CONCIERGE:

As part of the Refined Luxury Rental Program, Villa Paloma includes a dedicated Concierge for all reservations. Your concierge will be there to perform an in-person check-in on the day of your arrival and help you get situated in the villa. The Concierge is also available to help coordinate pre-stocking prior to arrival and any reservations guests would like to make during their stay. 

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 11:00 am
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. 
• All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children
• Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
• Parties not allowed
• Subletting not allowed
• Do not hang towels from balconies or windows
