SUMMARY:

Villa Vista Golf is a gorgeous 3 bed 3 bath resort villa located within the exclusive St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande. Villa Vista Golf offers has 2,200 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, a large private terrace overlooking the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living room, and a comfortable laundry room for extended stays. Villa Vista Golf guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Villa Vista Golf is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program which includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, a 6-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) MONTHLY RATES: We have monthly and longer term rates available if you are interested in an extended stay at a fully furnished, turn key property. Please reach out for pricing and availability. 

2) PRE-ARRIVAL COVID TESTING: The Governor announced on June 30th that every person traveling to Puerto Rico from July 15th onwards should arrive with a negative COVID-19 test result or will have to take a COVID-19 test at the airport. Travelers with positive test results will have to stay at their rented property for the duration of their stay, or 14 days. The test result has to be from no more than 72 hours prior to arrival on the island.

3) Due to the current situation with COVID-19 daily housekeeping and butler services are not available at Casa Estancias until further notice. 

LIVING AREAS:

The centerpiece of Villa Vista Golf is an expansive grand room that includes an open layout kitchen, a kitchen counter with seating for 4, an 8 person dining table, and a comfortable living area with a large flat-screen TV. The terrace has an outdoor dining table, outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, and a gas BBQ. The entire villa has central air conditioning. 

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with its high-end appliances, European finish, and open layout overlooking the dining room and living room. 

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with a hot tub, shower, and double sink, a flat-screen TV and golf course views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds. All bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s and dedicated bathrooms. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults. 

BAHIA BEACH RESORT:

Villa Vista Golf includes the daily resort fee so that guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. • Golf Club: Guests enjoy complimentary use of the Golf practice facilities and preferred rates for the Robert Trent Jones Jr. 18-hole golf course. 
• Tennis Club: There are 4 hard courts available for use at no additional cost. 
• Full Gym: Brand new, top of the line gym facilities are available 7 days a week. 
• Beach watersports: The beach water sports facilities offer classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. 
• Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the lakehouse at Bahia Beach which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a super fun inflatable adventure park. 
• St. Regis Restaurants and Spa: Reservations at the St. Regis restaurants and spa can be made directly with the hotel or through Villa Vista Golf’s dedicated concierge. 

CONCIERGE:

As part of the Refined Luxury Rental Program, Villa Vista Golf includes a dedicated Concierge for all reservations. Your concierge will be there to perform an in-person check-in the day of your arrival and help you get situated in the villa. The Concierge is also available to help coordinate pre-stocking prior to arrival and any reservations guests would like to make during their stay. 

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 11:00 am
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. 
• All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
• Maximum occupancy of 8 adults/children
• Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
• Subletting not allowed
• Do not hang towels from balcony or windows
