About West Indies Vacation Rentals
Your home in Puerto Rico, cared for by people who live here.
Founded in 2016, West Indies Vacation Rentals is the largest short-term rental management company in Puerto Rico, and we're 100% locally owned. Today we manage more than 190 homes, villas, and apartments across the island, from the historic streets of Old San Juan and the beachfront energy of Condado to the surf breaks of Rincón, the rainforest edge of Río Grande, and quieter corners like Dorado, Palmas del Mar, Luquillo, and Guánica.
We're also proud to be one of the largest Airbnb Superhosts in the Caribbean. That recognition comes from doing the small things right, stay after stay: spotless homes, fast and friendly communication, and a team that's on the ground when you need us.
Local roots, real people
We directly employ more than 50 full-time team members, all based right here in Puerto Rico. We run our own offices and laundry facilities in San Juan, Humacao, and Rincón, and our in-house team works alongside trusted local partners, so every home gets consistent care and every guest gets a fast response.
For our guests
Whether you're planning a family beach week, a group getaway, or a few nights exploring San Juan, we'll help you find the right place and make sure it's ready when you arrive. Our team speaks English and Spanish and knows the island well enough to point you to the beach, the restaurant, or the hidden spot that makes a trip.
For property owners
We treat every home as if it were our own. Our professional revenue management team adjusts pricing daily to market demand, so your property earns its full potential. We expand your reach with distribution across our own website, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Marriott, and other leading channels, backed by marketing expertise that keeps your home in front of the right guests.
Behind the scenes, our team handles guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and owner reporting, so your property stays in great shape. Owners partner with us because we combine deep local roots with the systems and scale of Puerto Rico's largest operator.
Rooted in Puerto Rico
We live here, we hire here, and we invest here. Since 2016, our mission has been simple: share the best of Puerto Rico with every guest and give owners a partner they can trust.
