What is the cancellation policy?

We have two cancellation policies and they vary per property. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding which policy applies to the property you are interested in:

They are the following:

  • 100% if cancelled 60 days prior to Check-in Date.
  • 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in.

  • 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before the check-in date.
  • 50% refund (minus service fee, if applicable) if cancelled at least 14 days before the check-in date.
  • No refund if cancelled with less than 14 days before the check-in date.

When will I be charged the remaining balance?

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to your check-in date. 

Can I pay with someone else’s credit card? 

West Indies requires the renter to pay with a credit card with his/her name. Failure to do so might result in the reservation being canceled. 

Do I have to fill out any paperwork? 

West Indies will send the guest a rental agreement via Kigo once the payment is received. This agreement will require a copy of the renter’s photo ID and a copy of the credit card used. The reservation is not confirmed until every required blank is filled, the documents are signed, and the picture ID matches the credit card. Please make sure to list the first and last names of all guests as guests need to be registered with condominium administrations and security prior to checking in. 

What if I do not want to send a copy of my license and credit card?

You can book any of our properties via AirBNB if you do not want to send a copy of your license and credit card. To do so, please visit www.airbnb.com/p/westindies

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at our properties.

Is smoking allowed?

Our properties are 100% non-smoking. 

Do you provide basic amenities? 

We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent (if the property has a washer/dryer). 
We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. 

Are towels, linens, etc included? 

All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

I’m planning a brunch – would it be possible to invite more than the maximum occupancy if the guests don’t stay overnight? 

We have a strict maximum occupancy. Guests are not allowed to have more than the allowed guests at the property at any given time.

You may send an email to reservations@staywestindies.com. Please include your full name, email, and phone number and a West Indies representative will be in contact within 24-48 hours. Please leave as many details as possible (location, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, etc).
