Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the cancelation policy?

    Our cancelation policy is the following: Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled fewer than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

  • When will I be charged the remaining balance?

    West Indies requires the full rental amount at the time of booking. 

  • Can I pay with someone else’s credit card?

    West Indies requires the renter to pay with a credit card with his/her name. Failure to do so could result in the reservation being canceled without notice. 

  • Do I have to fill out any paperwork?

    West Indies will send the guest a rental agreement once the payment is received. For the reservation to be confirmed, the guest must sign the rental agreement and upload a picture ID (driver’s license or passport) matching the name on the credit card used. Failure to do so could result in the reservation being canceled without notice.

  • What if I do not want to send a copy of my license and credit card?

    You can book any of our properties via Airbnb if you do not want to send a copy of your license and credit card. To do so, please visit www.airbnb.com/p/westindies


  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed at our properties.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Our properties are 100% non-smoking. 

  • Do you provide basic amenities?

    We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent (if the property has a washer/dryer). 


    We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up with whatever else may be needed for the duration of their stay. 

  • Are towels, linens, etc, included?

    All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

  • I’m planning a brunch – would it be possible to invite more than the maximum occupancy if the guests don’t stay overnight?

    We have a strict maximum occupancy. Guests are not allowed to have more than the allowed number of guests at the property at any given time. This includes visitors.


  • I’m interested in your rental program; who do I contact?

    You may send an email to propertymanagement@staywestindies.com. Please include your full name, email, and phone number and a West Indies representative will be in contact within 24-48 hours. Please leave as many details as possible (location, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, etc).


  • Where can I reach you if I have other questions?

    Our preferred method is to write to us at reservations@staywestindies.com. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
